Does the tent have heating and cooling?

Yes the tent has reverse cycle air-con. Our days are warm but our nights cool down and can be quite chilly in the winter months. We also have an infra red heater, under rug heater, hot water bottles and electric blankets all designed to keep you comfortable.

What facilities are there?

The tent has a small kitchenette that is designed for basic cooking. There is a microwave, electric cooktop, small fridge, dishwasher and barbecue.

All linen is provided

An outdoor fire pit comes equipped with firewood.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

Bellingen is a vibrant town with plenty of good food, live music, great coffee and many festivals/cultural events held during the year. The Readers/ Writers Festival, Camp Creative, the Beyond jazz festival and the Taranta festival are just to name a few!

We have regular growers markets on Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons and every 3rd Saturday is a big market gathering where store holders come from around the region.

We are situated 25 mins from stunning coastline, 30 mins from Dorrigo National Park, 30 mins from the Big Banana and Coffs, and 15 mins from the promised land with heavenly swimming holes. Our river is great for canoeing, fishing and swimming.
